Job Summary: The Human Resources Generalist will provide expertise in a wide range of HR programs in order to support our strategic plan and support our business partners. The successful candidate will lead the HR function in our Ottawa Office and may support other branches as required. Duties consist of full cycle recruiting, coordinating the performance management and compensation processes, implementing policies and procedures, leading health and safety and coordinating training and development. This individual will lead employee relations including communication requirements, regulatory compliance and coordination of other HR programs.
