Job Summary: The successful candidate will provide administrative support on Credit Insurance accounts in partnership with the Account Managers to ensure client retention and timely customer service. The incumbent will also assist management with other projects as required.
Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Professional, responsive, and a positive work attitude is essential
TAM experience an asset
RIBO, CAIB or CIP designation (or working towards) would be an asset.
