Insurance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: 

This position is responsible for providing proactive marketing initiatives, client service and administrative support for the Individual Insurance team across multi-locations, including:

  • Support advisors in all marketing efforts, including illustration completion, analysis, comparisons, binding, and preparation of marketing and sales presentations, including financial planning and client meetings as required;
  • Assist advisors with analysis of client insurance planning needs;
  • Identify broad and individual sales and marketing opportunities;
  • Working with other lines of business to identify opportunities;
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns;
  • Provide well maintained and efficient administration organization to support advisors
  • Back up to Insurance Administration, when required.

Qualifications:

  • Individual Life License (LLQP)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry;
  • University Degree/College Diploma (or working equivalent);
  • Familiar with insurance quoting and carrier software;
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and CRM;
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong prioritization skills and flexibility to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy;
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated.
