Service Consultant, Pension & Retirement Consulting

Job Summary: This individual will be responsible for providing support to our pension and retirement clients and their plan members and liaising with carriers to ensure we are providing service excellence.  The successful candidate will support our consulting / account management team by drafting annual plan reviews, marketings, providing client service support, assisting with designing and presenting employee communication sessions and participating in client meetings. The incumbent will also assist on specific projects, initiatives, media, and research. 


  • Knowledge of group pension and retirement programs
  • Completed or willing to obtain Level II Life License
  • RPA (CEBS) designation an asset but not required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superior client service attitude
  •  Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
